This rental met our needs perfectly for a beach getaway for our family of 5 (2 adults, tween and 2 teens). There are two large pools and we could see the main pool from our balcony which our teens enjoyed. Check-in/out was easy and the communication was helpful. We would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Unit was clean. We had few hiccups but the Yuvaz (owner/manager) was very responsive and tried to make things right. Location is great. Great beach access. We enjoyed it and we also enjoyed heated pools. We would stay here again.

The room was just as described. It did have a water front view. And there was security around the facility to keep an eye on the place. Would go there again. The owner did check on us through the stay.

Awesome Place

Awesome place with the best view of the beach. Very clean unit with nice furniture, sheets, towels, bathrooms and amenities. Checking in was as easy as expected. Owner was very responsive and quick to answer my questions. Will definitely be staying here in the future. Highly recommend for your stay at the beach!

Family friendly

This condo is perfect for families. It was a very quick walk to 2 different pools and the beach. Having lunch delivered from the snack shop to the beach service umbrella was a HUGE win. The balcony overlooks a pool that closes as dusk - so no worries of noise keeping anyone up. It was peaceful and quiet all evening & night long.

Great room. Elevators were very slow and we waited many minutes every time we needed to go up or down. The room was clean and spacious. Our only complaint was that the floor was sandy and we needed to sweep it upon arrival. We would definitley stay again!

What’s Not To Love?!

The space was immaculate and exactly as listed. The beds were comfortable. The hot water seemed to be endless. The view was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need. This was our first trip to Destin and definitely won’t be our last! We loved this condo & the host was helpful and readily available even though we had no issues. We would stay here again & honestly intend to!

Loved this condo! My only complaint would be the bed was very firm! Other then that it was great! Loved having the security around all of the time. You can’t beat the view! Two pools were great! It’s nicely decorated! I would suggest some plastic cups so you didn’t have to take the glass ones on balcony. We had a very relaxing vacation! We even watched dolphins from the balcony a few mornings! Thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful Stay!

The condo was just as expected and more! Excellent view of the ocean. Loved the docking station on the night stand for phones and even my Apple Watch. There were I think 5 or 6 sets of bath towels between the two bathrooms which was very nice. A ample supply in the start up kit of toliet tissue, klennex, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods etc. The appliances and furniture were all newer and in great condition. Being able to set our own code to get in and out of the unit was very convenient. The host always communicated promptly. Our unit was ready a couple hours early which worked out perfectly for our arrival. The pelican beach was very enjoyable with 3 pools, right on the beach and we could walk to several restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Excellent communication from the owner, reached out several times to ensure our stay was going well. Had an issue with water pressure from the master shower, he had someone go up and fix it (replaced the head all together) before we even got back up from the beach! The resort itself needs some work. Lacking updates & we waited for the elevators entirely too long. Not to mention 1 of them was out of service the entire time. Really frustrating with 3 littles.
