Bachelorette party

We had a group of 13 girls for a bachelorette party. We had the most amazing time. The house is VERY spacious with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It’s a very short walk to the beach and the pool was a perfect addition. We couldn’t be happier and do not have a single regret.

Great Little House

Perfect Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a quick walk to the beach everyday. Really nice to have a private pool for lazy afternoons.

Bachelorette Trip!

I celebrated my bachelorette weekend with my friends and family, we had an amazing time at this house & zero issues! Would definitely recommend this place, & also SO close to the beach!

Beach Turkey Family Memories 2022

Great for family reunion

Met with family for family reunion. Plenty of room for kids to play upstairs and adults to talk together downstairs.. Kids loved the pool and even enjoyed it with outside temperatures of 55 degrees. This was a great place for a large group.

House is a short walk from beach, has a great backyard with pool, and a sit down video game for the kids on the third floor. Great spot!

Easter retreat

Great location, only a short walk to the beach. Enjoyed using the bikes that were provided. Spacious house, kitchen adequately stocked for cooking needs. Back yard space good.

Amazing!!

This house was perfect for our group. It looks brand new and there was plenty of space for everyone. The back deck area was our favorite place to hang out, especially with the heated pool! Beach was very close and so were several restaurants. I think we've found our new vacation spot in Destin!! We can't wait to come back

Great week in Destin!

We loved this home! We had 4 families - each set of parents had a master and the kids had the whole 3rd floor with both a girls room and a boys room. The walk to the beach was short - 5 min max. The outdoor space was great too. House was spacious and comfortable for our group of 17.

The house was perfect for our extended family of 18. Enough seating for meals and space to spread out. The bikes that come with the property need a bit of service/repair, but other then that, we were very pleased with this property.

Perfect house in the perfect location

Me and 11 girlfriends stayed here and it was so great! The pool was great and the house was perfectly located less than 5 mins from the beach. We did encounter 1 cockroach which I know is to be expected down south so jt wasn’t a huge deal. Overall house was very clean and comfortable

Good location

We stayed at this property with two other families. The location is good within walking distance to beach and close to restaurants. I will note that the upstairs and downstairs are separate. There is no interior stairway to get from each level. The WiFi did not work well for us so if you need to keep up with your businesses/work you may want to consider that as well. The heated pool was great since the temperature was very cold for Florida the time we were there.

Great house for our group of 15

We were pleased with the cleanliness and open feel to this home. Kitchen was well supplied with plates, cookware and utensils. A quiet street and plenty of areas for play and visiting. Loved the wine/beer frig on 1st and 2nd floors. Appliances do need to be checked as dryer was too slow and broiler did not work in oven. Number of towels and initial supplies were generous and appreciated. It may be helpful to supply information regarding suggested beach areas as we were surprised to find some beach areas labeled “private”. Overall a great stay!

Family Getaway

The house accommodated our family of 18. We enjoyed our nightly walks to the beach to watch the sunset. The floors needed to be mopped because our socks became dirty just walking though the house on the first day. On the first night there was sand in one bed on the third floor and dead bugs were found in one bed on the second floor. When we went to use the gas grill the battery was dead in the grill igniter. We would consider renting this house in the future due to its space and location.
