We had a wonderful time at Palmetto Cottage. The grandkids and their parents loved having access to the bicycles and kayaks and beach toys! It is a bit longer walk to the beach than listed in the description, but really wasn’t a problem for them- just for me with a bad knee. We loved the view on the back deck and loved staying in Destin Pointe Resort. Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from this location are great! Quiet views of the Gulf waters, fishing vessels, and the waterfowl on the pond. The house shows years of rental use, and the appliances were the cheapest possible replacements, but they sufficed. The included bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and loads of passed-down beach toys were fantastic.
