The beds were comfortable. Views are awesome from the 5th floor. Everything was perfect. We’ve stayed at Mongolia House several times and have been satisfied with each condo, however this one has been the best so far! We will be renting this unit again in the future!

Beautiful gated community, quiet, very private. Perfect for bike rides. Walkable to pools and both beach access points. Destin Pointe beach access was beautiful, never crowded. Location was perfect, very close to tons of restaurants/activities. Great view of harbor fireworks. No issues during our stay. Will definitely return.

Very clean…great view. Sweet memories were made!! Would love to come back… highly recommend. So many extras were here… we brought our chairs but they had.. they also had beach wagon and sand toys. We left mask and snorkels for others to enjoy!

Beach access is not properly marked

The beach behind the property is a private beach (not yours). Signs should be up & clear as to what beach you can use and that you have to go find people to rent chairs from, otherwise you can’t use that beach either. Pools close at dusk. That was exhausting. The place was fine.
