Just stayed June 20 2025 -June 24 2025 the construction was not that big of a nuisance but waiting on the elevators because of the construction workers using it and not dedicating just one for them I think was a mistake. They are not a very handicap friendly and were not very accommodating.

Sundestin 1110 was a great place to stay. Condo was very clean, roomy and very comfortable. And the amazing view of the Gulf...WOW! The only downside was the smell of weed while we were sitting on the balcony. Would stay here again.

My husband and I had a great time while staying at the Sun Destin resorts. The room was nice and clean upon arrival. We like the openness of the kitchen. The view of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

First day we seen dolphins from the balcony! Our condo was clean. If I needed anything front desk was immediately on it. Only issue the toilet didn’t want to flush. It’s a great place to stay!

We have veen staying here for several years and have loved it but this time we were not happy that the outdoor pool wasn't open, then the indoor pool wasn't usable! Seems this construction could have been done in the off season instead of peak season!

The perfect getaway

The unit was so nice and clean with all the amenities. There is no way to explain the exquisite view from the entire living room and balcony. The entire staff, inside and out including the shop were so kind and accommodating and this is why we keep coming back. Can’t wait to have another vacation and come down. Well done!
