**Please Note: The home next door is currently being rebuilt and undergoing reconstruction. While this is outside of our control, guests may experience some noise during city-permitted construction hours in accordance with local regulations. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions prior to booking.**



The first floor of this cozy home features a living area with a large sectional, complete with chaise lounges on each end and a pull-out that converts into a comfortable King-size sleeping space.



The kitchen area has an open concept to the living room for enjoying your meals and time together. We've stocked this kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, and a traditional coffee maker & Keurig! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. Enjoy meals together around the dining table or slide into the breakfast bar for a quick bite. The laundry room is located right off the kitchen with a full size washer & dryer, ironing board, and iron. We have an easy to use high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes for our tiny travelers as well!



The 1st floor is completed with a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) and a bedroom with a Queen bed and desk, perfect for working at your "home away from home".



Upstairs there are 2 King master bedrooms, the first having a private bath with a walk-in shower & a large walk-in closet. Enjoy luxury bedding, marvelous design, & even a little reading nook to escape to. The last bedroom has a King bed, two closets, and a balcony to boast about with quintessential Southern rocking chairs & a hammock to have a post-beach mid-day nap! While this bedroom does not have an attached bath, there is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower located right in the hallway for easy access.



Our outdoor entertainment space is unrivaled in the area, it features a POOL with heating available upon request. Please let us know before arrival if you'd like the pool heated, as the pool heat is on an automated system! The outdoor entertainment area includes a full-sized decorative outdoor kitchen, with a granite/stainless (large grill/refrigerator & sink) with a 3-seat bar area and an oscillating fan. An octagon seating table with a large umbrella is provided for a pleasant outdoor dining experience. There is a natural gas firepit with seating for 4 located on one end of the spa/pool and 3 Loungers on the opposing end. Just imagine roasting s'mores after you've soaked up the sun all day! If your kids (or kids at heart) are feeling up to the challenge, a rivaling game of ping-pong, or cornhole, awaits! We truly have packed as much FUN as possible into this space!



There is an additional community pool that is located directly across from the home if the children would like a larger area to play or if adults would like a little more privacy.



The “Martini Bar” perpetuates the scenery with a Tropical mural backdrop and a painted floor reminiscent of the Destin Harbor. Amenities in the “Martini Bar” include a twin sail ceiling fan, faux fireplace, mini-split A/C, 65” ROKU TV, custom dart board, and a convertible gaming/dining table with seating for 8 - perfect for entertainment rain or shine! This area also includes a sectional with chaise which converts to a Queen sleeper sofa.



The Grounds of “The Charleston” are immaculately landscaped with a serpentine walking path and 2 outdoor hammocks for reading, relaxation and peace. Featuring more than 20 landscape lights and our distinctive lighted “Weeping Willow” porch baskets, the property comes alive at night, offering spectacular photo opportunities.



“The Charleston” is located 1 block off of Destin's finest white sand beaches and only a few blocks away from restaurants, entertainment, parks, shopping and more! The Charleston includes a TOP-OF-THE-LINE 2024 street legal 6 passenger golf cart dubbed the ‘Ferrara-Cart” which makes for an easy travel and more enjoyable ride to beaches, restaurants, entertainment venues or just a sunset pleasure cruise.



The Charleston was designed with an open floor plan for entertainment and dining to encourage good times and lasting memories that your family & friends will not soon forget. There is also an outdoor shower on the premise for rinsing off after the spa/pool or beach. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while relaxing on 2 full wrap-around decks with multiple swings & 8 rockers overlooking the Cottages of Crystal Beach during sunset.



Guest Access:

• You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in.

• Guests have access to the entire home, the golf cart, the community pool directly across the road, and the beach walkway to either side of the home.



The Neighborhood:

• The “Charleston” is conveniently located 20-30 minutes from the airport (traffic permitting). It is also 15 minutes from major entertainment venues: The Boardwalk, SanDestin, Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, and Silver Sands Outlets most of which are right in your “back yard”.

• You will also be within cruising distance to the “Scenic Hwy. 30A” and many other Destin hotspots. Boating, wave-runners, paddle-boarding, sunset dolphin cruises and just about any amenity you can imagine are within moments of the home along with the finest fishing and charters in the Gulf of Mexico (We're not called the Luckiest Fishing Village without such a namesake!)



Getting Around:

• We offer a 6-seater golf cart INCLUDED during your stay which is the preferred method of most in the Crystal Beach neighborhood. It certainly makes the trip to the beach effortless, and is definitely enjoyable for the whole family!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 18 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 48 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 76 miles



Other Things to Note:

• PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!

• All linens are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home if needed. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.

• We do not host groups under 25 years of age at any time.

• The golf cart is included with your stay, but we do not permit use of the golf cart without a completed waiver prior to driving.

• We must be notified of a pet joining your trip before arrival. 2 dog maximum permitted, and $200 pet fee must be paid prior to check in. Pets permitted only if house trained. You are expected to clean up after your pet, or an additional $50 fee will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to pet fee, ADA Registered Service Animals are the only animals exempt from this at any time. Impersonating an ADA Service animal is a crime in our state so we appreciate honesty in this matter.

• House parties and excessive noise/disturbances after 10pm are not permitted at any time.

• Absolutely no street parking at any time, we have a 4 vehicle MAX in the driveway only.

• We must be notified of ANY issues immediately during your stay and given the opportunity to resolve said issues right away. This is in regard to anything, whether small (Ex: a lightbulb out) or major (Ex: the hot water not working). We can not remedy a situation for a positive experience and a top notch property if we’re notified after your stay, and have limited time/resources after your checkout before the next guests arrive.

• We do reserve the right to access the home due to emergency, law enforcement, or urgent maintenance issues or any violation of house rules/parties/events held.
