Nice getaway

Host was very nice and easy to work with. We had 16 people and had plenty of room. Good area. We may rent this again next year.

Great for a big group

We had a wonderful time. The game room was a hit with the grandkids. Easy walk to the beach. We had an issue with the under counter ice-maker, and it was completely replaced that day.

Awesome house

Loved it... Located Directly across from the beach on the strip & a couple streets over from outlet mall. Group of 21 of us slept very comfortable & was well entertained. Having the golf cart helped out a lot with running quick errands. Oh the game room was awesome & cool. Another safe place when wanting to get away

Beautiful House

Matthew was great with responding to me about everything that I needed before, during and after my stay. This home is beautiful and just like they said it’s a short walk to the beach access. It was so nice to have the pool and the golf cart which we rode everywhere on. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

BEST VACATION EVER!

The owners were so nice to greet us upon are arrival! The pictures don’t do this house justice, the rooms are HUGE and there is so much space! My group had 20 adults and we still had 2 completely extra bedrooms! This house was amazing

Property overall was great. Wish we could have earlier check in if available. 4 pm is too late. Almost a complete day wasted. Especially when flights are scheduled to arrive by noon. Unable to use the hot tub! Some safety issues that I will share with the property owner. Enjoyed the proximity to the beaches. With use of club car made easy access to beachfront areas.

winter get away

We rented this property to just get away during the winter from the Midwest snow. We arrived to find a few items needed fixing (sliding door not sliding, trim piece exposed, and a few light bulbs out) and the management had a maintenance person out immediately and all issues were resolved. We had two young children with us and that one bunk room listed doesn't have a picture. The room is a transformed walkin closet of the master bedroom, which is perfect to keep the little people close but in their own space. There were stairway gates provided to keep young people off the stairs. The separate garage "house" was perfect for a few people needing their space. The pool was clean and wonderfully heated. Even with the air temp 50 and 60, kids were in swimming every day. The adults preferred to use the hot tub every day instead. The location is within a few minutes drive to every type of eatery, entertainment, and shopping desired. The public beach access is not even a full block in either direction and the beach is beautiful, well spent afternoons.

Spacious house with plenty of things to do for the tween kiddos.

Nice house, close to the beach and plenty of things to do for the tweens. We did have a few minor issues but the owners were very quick to respond and resolve the problems . The house had everything you would need as far as kitchen gadgets etc, beach toys, boogie boards, and wagon. The golf cart was fun for everyone to drive around in the mornings before the beach. It was a wonderful week of fun for everyone!!
