“Great location, short walk to the town and perfect if you’re in town to watch a cricket game. Clean and tidy. Enjoyed our stay ”

“Pleasant, convenient, home for overnight stay Sunday of Art Deco Weekend. No laundry but everything else to make for nice stay. ”

“The house was very quiet. The heat pump was only in the lounge, but the bedrooms had extra blankets and heat did get into the bedrooms (it was the second coldest night of the year). Soap and shampoo were not provided. Parking was easy and the house is centrally located. We didn’t use the kitchen so cannot comment on the appliances. It was easy to check in and out. ”

“I arrived needing the toilet. I opened the door to find 3 beds in adjoining rooms but no toilet or bathroom. I ran around in desperation, even to a property next door. Eventually found a tiny, partially hidden pathway which I followed and found a toilet and bathroom at the end of the path. No signage or written explanations in the bedroom telling me where the toilet is. No response to my desperate written message.”

“Our group of four had a fantastic stay at Tracy and Steve's well-equipped property. The house had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen, all linen provided, and a cozy fireplace that kept us warm. Perfect location for walking to town and driving to local attractions like the Tongariro River and Tokaanu Hot Pools.The road noise from Highway 1 was minimal and didn't affect our stay. Excellent value for money and ideal for families or small groups exploring the region. Would definitely book……
