「The unit was as described. The location was great, around or less than a mile to most everything you’ll want to see. We walked it all and it was very doable, even for families with kiddos, we never felt unsafe. Ride shares and Lime bikes and scooters were plentiful in this area too the building is like any big city condo building, a little older but kept very clean. We did not experience any noisy neighbors. The rooftop was an awesome bonus. The VRBO app was giving me fits so I had to...

「Everything went smoothly, was only three blocks away from the Paramount theater. Where we attended a show. Was given a code to get into the building and from there everything else was a breeze, only thing, it would have been nice to check in before 4:00pm but we made it work. We paid $35 to be able to park in a secure lot below our unit which was worth it」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Emerald City! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Having an express grocery store, great restaurants, and the Space Needle just minutes away made everything incredibly convenient. One of our favorite parts of this stay was how walkable the neighborhood is. We took full advantage of the location by walking to Olympic Sculpture Park, and even Pike Place Market is within walking distance if you enjoy exploring on foot....

「Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle.」

"Great location, it's not on a hill, so the walk was easy. it's about 5-8mins walk from the train station. the standard room was spacious enough with a small bench and a coffee table near the bed. the downside is that they didn't provide kettle in the room, you may have to check with the front desk (we just bough water from target). i'd stay here next time given the easy access and there were some parking lots nearby available. otherwise, hotel provide valet parking."

"5 stars! Really impressed with this property. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily, which made a big difference and kept everything feeling fresh throughout our stay. The coffee downstairs was genuinely good — a nice bonus most mornings. We also loved that they had rental bikes available on-site, which made getting around so much easier. Overall a great experience and we’d happily stay again"
