The queen sofa was definitely firm but expectations from a sofa sleeper are minimal. Very large garage if that is needed. Jessica was very pleasant to communicate with and timely to respond. We wish there were some instructions for the fireplace, which we couldn't get to work, but did not really have time to use, and the TV that took a long time to figure out. One other issue for one person was the noise from the 405 freeway. Specifically from the master room.The bathrooms were especially nice. The towels could be a bit thicker, and the hand towels should be included...

We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful.
