「The unit is conveniently located to both Redmond and Kirkland. There are shops, restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The area has plenty of walking trails. The unit is spacious and comfortable but slightly dated. The host was gracious and helpful. Something to consider is the steep steps (17) up to the unit, and both bedrooms are upstairs (another 15 steps). Parking is included but tight.」

「We immediately booked a hotel after arriving because we did not feel comfortable staying at the property. The home had multiple large carpet stains, a welcome mat with caked-on dirt, a loud water feature running without water, sketchy-looking basement windows, and an unpleasant odor. My wife was in tears at the thought of staying there. The property felt unsettling from the moment we arrived and did not match the impression created by the listing photos.」

「The host communicated excellently, and the property was very clean with comfortable beds. Great amenities like coffee and shampoo/soap were provided, and the location was excellent. The only minor drawback was that the couch was quite small and not very comfortable, which would be an easy improvement and would make the property nearly perfect. Overall, everything else was great.」
