「This hotel was a magical experience! The staff made my stay and because of them I would recommend this hotel 1000 times over! YOLA (my queen) was kind enough to message me before arriving to confirm check in! Made me feel instantly comfortable and her English was incredible! RAKKA was so friendly and makes the best coffee and always checked in on me to make sure my transition travelling alone was the best experience. We were able to laugh a lot and joke around. AL and BANG JAL were around a lot...

「Lovely villa and really good staff- however this development has seemingly only just opened for guests as it seems premature. Room facilities were working on and off - had to move rooms once . The surrounding area is a serious construction site - it may be unavoidable in Bali but this is substantial. Noise during the day too much. It will surely be a wonderful place to stay - but not yet !」

「Our stay exceeded expectation for us. ASAI spa packages were easy to book online before arriving. Kids were able to dine at the ASAI restaurant while mama was off to a pamper. Private pool was well used also late night and early morning dips. Villa was just beautiful. The lay out is exactly ilike the photos online. Staff so kind and respectful. Love love love. When kids say the love something you know its honest truth. 」

「The villa is very nicely decorated. The lobby of the hotel is just 30 second away from the beach. You can swim in the beach or relax in the cafe and bars nearby. We had a nice stay. We find the kitchen very cool. The breakfast cooked by the staff is also nice. 」

"✨💕Kickstarting my 10-day Bali adventure☀️❤️ My love and I chose the Cliff Pool Villa with a breathtaking ocean view 朗 The room is beyond amazing—perfect pool size, mesmerizing views, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks (a must for us!). And let’s talk about the infinity pool—it’s even better than the one at Bvlgari, where we dined recently! Plus, Six Senses is half the price and right next door. Talk about value for money! 💖 The whole experience has been incredible! The staff are super friendly and quick to respond to all our needs. *Had a minor hiccup with the local taxi service, but the Client Relationship team swooped in to resolve it in no time! 🌟 Truly impressed with how quickly they handled everything. Feeling grateful for this amazing place! 👍✨ But please note that during July to Oct, can’t see the sunset as this is too south, attached a picture on what you could see during sunset time. Usually can only see the sunset around Nov to Feb per the staff. "The room is very large. But all the infrastructures in the room are very old and shabby. I was very impressed by the moldy telephone and small mirror in the bathroom. The toilet is not functioning very well. Poor quality with this price. The room is basically open and a lot of rooms on the same level. The downstairs is the other people’s pool. They start to swimming with kids and play music at 7 am. Wholly xxxx! It’s just like they are in the same room with you. The glass door is useless. "
