「The hotel is really nice of the environment and the service. The therapist of SPA were very good, we did enjoy the massage very much. However although we made a reservation for the restaurant, it seemed the staffs didn’t realize we visited it and send a mail to us on the next day for missing our arrival. The shower in the room was really weak, it didn’t come out any water during the mid night which was bit terrible.」

"✨💕Kickstarting my 10-day Bali adventure☀️❤️ My love and I chose the Cliff Pool Villa with a breathtaking ocean view 朗 The room is beyond amazing—perfect pool size, mesmerizing views, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks (a must for us!). And let’s talk about the infinity pool—it’s even better than the one at Bvlgari, where we dined recently! Plus, Six Senses is half the price and right next door. Talk about value for money! 💖 The whole experience has been incredible! The staff are super friendly and quick to respond to all our needs. *Had a minor hiccup with the local taxi service, but the Client Relationship team swooped in to resolve it in no time! 🌟 Truly impressed with how quickly they handled everything.
