Good location and safe!
The location was great. Close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The tiger and lion stadiums were close as well.
The directions to get the keys were detailed and easy to follow. The alley seems sketchy but you only do it once so it’s not that big of a deal; just read the instructions well and you’ll get it.
The building was safe and clean.

Comfortable, central, clean & quiet
Comfortable, central, clean, in a quiet building, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the most central of Detroit location with a bright living room facing Capitol Park. Wonderful rooftop and view. Entry is a bit tricky and there is some construction as of Q4 2024 but overall a great stay.

Loved this place. First, the location is amazing with great big windows looking out over the park from the 5th floor. Second, it is such a spacious apartment. 2 bedrooms far enough away for complete privacy. Everything in the apartment was clean and ready for me when I got there. Even had fresh towels dropped off at the door. They have a Secure parking garage right next door! Even has a skybridge so you can get to it without having to go on the street. And last but not least - host responded via txt very quickly when I had any questions. This place ia an absolute must stay if you're thinking of a downtown Detroit trip.

The property is an amazing for what you get: huge bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and a great skyline view of the little square it overlooks. The location is also great as there are many dining and drinking options within walking distance along with Comerica Park and Ford Field. The Q-line is also just a block away. In our case, it was even much cheaper than hotels in the area.
Finding the key fob to check in was tricky at first, but part of that is due to the construction in the area. But once you find it, getting in and out of the building is easy and there were no issues at all.
