Nice little place

Last minute stay

We were very happy with our stay and were thankful they could accommodate us last minute. Our boys had a blast in the basement with the arcade games. Beds were insanely comfortable.

Exceeded our expectations!!!

The location was central to all our activities and the neighborhood is lovely and walkable. The host communicates well and has thought of all our needs. They have added special touches to each room to make the stay memorable and comfortable. The living room has a fantastic sofa, a large TV and a decorative fireplace. The master bedroom was very comfortable and had upgraded bedding with outlast technology which exceeded our expectations. The game room is in the basement and offered hours of fun with the pool table and arcade machines. The kitchen has new appliances and everything we needed. Over all we very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved the pool table and games! The fireplace was cozy as well. The beds were all super comfortable and the shower was very nice. Loved the white noise machines in the rooms. We got pretty cold in the basement where the pool table was but it’s fine if you have fuzzy socks and a hoodie!

Clean and comfortable

Lovely house. Beautiful bathroom with hotel quality amenities - soap, shampoo, blow dryer... Comfortable beds and well outfitted kitchen. Worked very well for our family of four. The only drawback is the location on a busy road so there is some traffic noise but that wasn't a problem for us. And if you need lunch or dinner, try take out from the Woodpile BBQ Shack! Delicious

Great property for familes

My brother and I went to Detroit for the NFL draft. This property was perfect for us. Close to downtown (20 minutes) with a quiet neighborhood feel. Owner was very responsive. Game room was very nice when we got back to the house. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful choice for a visit!

Styling of the interior was spot on each space appeared as advertised. A cozy space perfect for two, but with plenty of sleeping space for more in a fairly quiet location. Some road noise was to be expected and outside of that and neighborhood dogs barking it was quiet. We had some trouble at first with one of the fireplaces, but the property manager was quickly able to help with that. It was a nice space where we could retreat from the hustle and bustle of holiday gatherings.

Wonderful Stay

Booked this as a family and friend weekend to watch my granddaughter in a softball weekend for Wayne State University. The home is a short 20 min ride to the WSU stadium. Home is exactly as described in photos. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds. Living room sofa very comfortable for sitting with friends and family to catch up. They have a fun games room which we didn’t have an opportunity to use. I did find a Sorry game board which has a special connection for my self and granddaughter, so we had a fun quick game of that. Kitchen ammenities left us wanting for nothing. Shower was a very welcome site after 5 hours of outdoor softball in rain and cold. Roomy and luxurious. Check in and check out was a breeze. Host very helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend and will definitely go back for fall ball. This is only year one a five year Uni programme. I may have to ensure I book early as this home should be filled every weekend. Great location and great home. Thankyou.
