Best Location & Property size

Property is spacious and well maintained. While it may seem a bit spartan, it truly is a marvelous space. I travel to this area frequently throughout the year and found this property a fabulous opportunity. It’s location is in a quiet complex with friendly neighbors. Adam is a great host. Highly recommend

Location location location

We love the location. Property is known to us. This unit has maintenance items to be addressed and all were reported to the host. Communication with host is good. Unit is quiet and backs to a nice private area.

Perfect apartment, great location

I stayed at this property for a month while looking for more permanent housing. I couldn't have asked for a better location. The entire park is nice and neat, clean and quiet. The apartment itself was exactly what I needed. The bedrooms are extra spacious. The kitchen had everything I needed. I was able to do laundry "in unit." Awesome! Rochester is a fabulous area to be and the apartment is close to everything. In the future if I ever need a VRBO in the Rochester area, for myself or someone else, I would book this location without a doubt.
