Downtown Detroit and Royal Oak have lots of restaurants, entertainment and nightlife to explore. The Loft has a custom work-space, high speed WiFi. Private parking space.

Only $10 uber ride to watch the Lions, Tigers or Redwings (Oh My) put it all on the line. Stadium parking is $25.

60” HD 4K TV with Netflix and 1000bps high-speed broad band Internet. California Queen bed with Heavenly feathertop mattress. Custom kitchen against exposed brick wall and European ceramic cooktop and hood. Marble tile bathroom with separate makeup vanity from marble sink top. Walk-in glass walled shower. Custom Office area with air-printer available for your use and separate dining area. Code-locked with private entrance via rear corridor. Private entrance with assigned parking available on site near entrance. No smoking or children please. This space is best suited for adults.

Due to concerns for sound, and the comfort of guests residing in the floor below, this space is not well-suited for party gatherings. A limit of two guests is ideal simply due to concern for excessive sound below.

GATHERINGS OF MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE MUST BE PRE-APPROVED.

As a guest, you have complete access to the kitchen, living and dining room areas, bathroom and of course your bed. The loft is completely separated from the other living quarters of the home, so you will not have to share any of the living quarters during your stay.

The entrance is private with your own access via code-locked security doors. No need for keys.

Private assigned parking is free and approximately 10 feet from private entrance.

My team and I believe in giving you privacy but we are only a phone call or email away from any questions you may have. Should you have a concern, my house manager is just downstairs.

The Loft is between Downtown Detroit (15 minutes south) and Royal Oak (10 minutes north) across the street from Palmer Park and Palmer Golf Course. There is a Bowling Alley 2 minutes away and the night life of Royal Oak is a short car ride away.

The renovated Palmer Park, Tennis Academy and Golf Course is at the corner. This section of Detroit/Highland Park is being revitalized one residence at a time.

I should think that a car would provide the most ease and flexibility. There is also a bus line on Woodward Ave at the corner (end of the same block).

Some GPS systems will have the unit located in Highland Park because it shares a ZIP Code with Detroit, Michigan. Apple Maps and Google maps, regardless of highland park or Detroit, will bring you right to the front door. Enjoy your stay and see what the city has to offer!

If there is smoking in The Loft a special cleaning fee will be assessed.

As there are guests on the second floor we do ask that guests in The Loft are mindful of their footfall (some people naturally walk heavier than others).
