「We had an amazing stay. The food was the best part and the staff were awesome. The pool definitely needs updating but not a deal breaker for us because of the beautiful beach. We will definitely return. We did the all inclusive a must for our family of 5」

「Pros: Excellent service. Fabulous ocean view. Great design.
Cons: there were insects in room and terrace. Difficult to get a taxi from the Loren (it took us more than 30 minutes to get a taxi)」

「I am beyond impressed with the designs of the space and, most importantly, the hotel staff. The ease of check-in, communication, and comfort was top-tier. It felt like a spa, but very homey and relaxed.
