「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「Stay was great except for some people staying in a room down the way. They acted like the parking lot was theirs and were rude when a family parks in front of their room. Mind you parking spaces are assigned and one space per room. They had their crap strewn across three parking spaces. I could have said something to the host but was there just two day. Had I been staying longer I would have said something.」
