"Check in receptionist was so friendly and nice! Room was very clean. Gym had tons of cardio equipment but lacked weight machines. It did have dumbbells and kettlebells but often they were used by others and not available. They use a convenient text option for communication with the front desk, but I had to ask for dish soap a couple times. Kitchen was nice but toaster was old, dishwasher worked but left dishes soaked after cleaning. Would consider again based on overall value."

"Clean and friendly! Loved the grounds. Could certainly use a better restaurant Be careful of the offering of a ‘free gift’. It is free, however dependent on attending a vacation club theme. We had a very kind woman however it was a lot more than the 1 hour n when we got to the end ‘interview’ with a verrrry rude man and voiced we’d been there a long time he stood up and walked away n then looked at us and said there’s the exit!! lol. Didn’t even look at us. Really soured our stay to be treated in this way. We’ve stayed at marriotts around the world and NEVER been treated in this manner. I’m most certain this is not how Marriott would like to be represented ……so disappointed "

"The front desk staff was very kind, professional, and patient. When a customer enters a building, the staff is their first experience, and being greeted with a smile and a hello is where it starts. Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience and we would stay here again, Thanks to your staff. "

"I have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our time there. I got a room with a balcony as I always do but this time, the view was of a dead palm tree and the parking lot. We also had to endure loud obnoxious people leaving a wedding in the banquet room. I’m sure they had a great time but we didn’t enjoy their antics during late night hours. We will be sure to never take that room again."

"Stayed in the alcove room in the east building, very spacious. Love the transportation accommodations to the parks. Great fitness center. Great restaurants at the Swan and its sister hotels on property."
