I am writing to express my complete disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. This has honestly been the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
When we arrived, we found that the only elevator in the hotel was out of order, so we had to carry our luggage up three floors by the stairs. To make things worse, when we got to our room, the key didn’t work. We went back to the front desk, they gave us a new key, and again we climbed three floors by the stairs — but the new key didn’t work either. For the third time, I went back to reception. Finally, the staff member went to check the room and told us that unfortunately other guests were already occupying it due to an error. Instead of trying to find a better solution or provide better service, they simply gave us another room and told us, “If you want, you can leave.”
The room we ended up with was dirty, the air conditioner was broken and made a terrible noise all night, the pool was closed, and the breakfast had very few options. Overall, everything was dirty and poorly maintained.
This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would not recommend it to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and terrible customer service made our stay truly unpleasant.
