「The location was perfect- steps away from everything, Times Square and Mc Donald’s and Chick-fil-A and Walgreens, restaurants, bars and pizza and a little park in front to relax. You can see the Chrysler building from the room. Very safe. It was a bit dusty from the dryer venting in the unit. It did get hot from the dryer. It was clean and spacious. 「Great location to get places. A little sketchy sometimes at night. Room is decent size for nyc. We had 6 people. There was 3 beds. Blankets and pillows were comfortable. Nice to have a full fridge also. Could have been cleaner. There’s mould in the shower and we spilled water on the floor and wiped it when a towel and it was so dirty so floors could have been washed better. We ran out of toilet paper and seemed to not be able to get anymore sent to the room. The elevators are really slow.」

「The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it.」

「Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again.」
