「I honestly can't say anything negative except for having scrambled eggs as a breakfast option would have been nice. Very clean, very nice, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, plenty of clean towels, plenty of movie channels, fan/ac was just the right "loud" price was good too. We will be going back. 」

「We arrived on a snowy night, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. When we asked for nearby restaurant recommendations, she gave us a small note they had prepared in advance, which made it easy to find the places they suggested. The room was warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was hearty and delicious. 「The staff by name LYNN was spectacular. She was very pleasant, attentive, multitasking and handled many customers at once with a smile. I relayed this to the manager and stated that she is unique and must be kept. This is a shining example of great property with great rooms only exceeded by exceptional staff. 「Excellent property. Well up kept surrounded by beautiful nature. I stayed there for 3 days and every morning when I woke up I seen deer around the property. Staff is extremely friendly, and hot breakfast every morning. I would definitely stay again.」

「其实预定的日期是到达当天的第二天，也就是说我预定错了日期，而且一点多就到了，酒店一般要三点才能入住，但管理人员还是很nice的变更了我的预定立即让我入住了，各方面都很不错的汽车旅馆，不能要求更多了。williams小镇整体感觉很好，有一家historical brewery的啤酒很不错。距离大峡谷开车整整一小时，其实也还算方便。」
