Room security lookers wasn’t working.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I book this before reading the reviews. That was my mistake. Try to contact property several time via Expedia but not able to. Have Expedia contact them for me and they couldn’t do it either. Had to spend money for phone apps to call them. They did not pick up initially. Call them repeatedly 6 times before they text back. Confirm that they have my reservation and ask about check in process. They refuse to give and say they let me know 24 hours before check in. Text them again 24 hours before check in, they say they let me know at 6 pm which they did not. Text them again in the morning of check in day. Silent then 4 hours before check in, they say they don’t have room and offer to move me to another resident that is 30 minutes away from city center. If you don’t know Vietnamese then good luck.

My booking was paid in full with Expedia. However, upon checking in, they asked for my credit card to "verify." When I checked out, I told them again that I already paid and should not be charged again. I was told there is no charge. However, after returning home and checked my credit card, the booking was fully charged by the hotel even though Expedia already collected up front. I contacted Expedia and was assured that the hotel will refund me. I'm still waiting for my refund as of this review.
