Not too far from the city center so the price is reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast. Cool swimming pool. Clean room with balcony. Plenty of restaurant, bank/ATM, Spa near by.

It was good for the price. Very handy to main attractions to the city. Staff was very helpful Breakfast was good too.

Enjoyed our stay, staff were amazing especially Tom and Jude, were so helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean and location was great markets across the road

Key Negatives Restrictive Policies: Limiting complimentary water to just two bottles per day felt overly restrictive, and charging for a nominal $3 snack/noodle box after multiple inconveniences showed a lack of hospitality goodwill. Inflexibility: The hotel denied our request to cancel one of our two rooms for a single night. Check-in/Check-out Delays: Our second room was handed over past the standard check-in time. On departure day, we were pressured to check out early, yet our polite request for an extra 3 hours in an alternative room (instead of 2) was denied. Positive Highlights Staff Responsiveness: Front desk staff were prompt in answering calls and managing administrative tasks. Basic Amenities: The overall property layout provides a functional environment for travelers needing a place to rest.
