「Room was clean. Design of room is the worst ever . The TV is across room from bed so that you get neck pain trying to watch. From bed you're looking at the bathroom. AC blows directly on the bed, had to put chair in front of it. Can't turn shower on without getting floor wet. Bathwash dispencer was torn off wall and sitting on shelf. Walking down hall to room the floor gives under you and squeaks with every step making you think you will fall from 4th floor to first at every step. Breakfast was...

「Everything was just amazing and efficient」

「The hotel is in a great location off of I-65 in Birmingham. It's a beautiful area and the hotel has been renovated. I'm glad there is no longer nasty carpeting on the floors. The staff moved us promptly to another room when I called the front desk to report that our TV wasn't working after we had checked in. My husband and I would definitely stay there again!」

「The front desk staff was wonderful. The two free drinks were a great bonus. The free dinner was ok, but couldn't eat there two days in a row. Breakfast was ok too, but not a lot of choices. The room was clean, but we could hear everything going on in the hallway. Overall we really liked it there. Not perfect, but very nice. I would recommend it.」

「Very unkept as far as maintenance and cleanliness in my room. Light fixture in the room was non functioning and partially disassembled. Window had a lounge with significant stains. Hair on the pillow case. Strange odor in the room. Overall, had I been with my family and not alone needing a simple room to sleep overnight for a few hours, I would have never stayed in the room.」
