「Clean room but shower not fully covered. when we shower water is everywhere, on toilet, on the floor, and when we walk the water is everywhere in the room. No HOT WATER at all. We have to shower in cold water. some days i didn't shower at all. staff was good in helping and everything. 」

「Impressive lobby and pool area. The ocean/beach area is run down and could be nice if they would rake it and spend an hour a day working on cleaning up the sand. The cement around the pool is chipping and hurts to walk on. An awesome free breakfast. We ate lunch 3 times from the pool bar and had dinner 4 times in the lobby. All meals were excellent. 「What made this hotel is the outdoors! The pool, the access to the beach from hotel was great! The room was a little dated but it was clean. 40 minutes to airport & Old San Juan. They did have pickle ball courts right across the street, that was an added plus.」

「The place was completely unkept. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and of course the AC was broke, so they gave me a room with a King bed and a crappy 5 ft. Fouton. Drunks in the hallway yelling and playing loud music until 2 am. Told the kid at the front desk and turns out they were buddies, he did nothing. If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from this dump.」

The bathroom was quite large- huge shower with hot water and good pressure. There was a bench to leave my open suitcase on as well as some wire shelving and hangers to store more clothing.
