Great little location. Wished there was more up front communication that the indoor pool would not be open as that was why we chose it. Staff friendly and helpful, great store to grab the forgotten essentials, very fun parks and area to walk with kids, two restaurants close- walking distance! Perfect location to explore the area!

Der Ferienpark war schön aufgebaut. Sie haben ein schönes Schwimmbad für draußen mit zwei Becken und auch ein hallenschwimmbad. Die Spielplätze sind toll und der Fußballplatz hat unseren Kindern auch gefallen. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und für uns 6 Personen genug Platz. Die Sauberkeit hätte noch etwas besser sein können. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte auch besser sein. ZB scharfes Messer, Brettchen zum Schneiden oder eine Schere… Der Ferienpark liegt nah an der Autobahn. Vorteil ist man kommt schnell überall hin wenn nicht viel Verkehr ist und Nachteil, man hört die Autobahn. Der Kiosk im Park hatte nur an drei Tagen vormittags geöffnet wegen Personalmangel. War für uns nicht gut da wir für vieles 10 km fahren mussten. Ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

Guten Tag, ich hatte für die aktuelle Buchung alles bezahlt, hatte den Aufenthaltsschein, aber anscheinend bestand von Ihrer Seite noch eine Fehlbuchung auf meinen Namen. Ich erhielt nahezu täglich eine Zahlungsaufforderung, auch nachdem ich Sie kontaktiert hatte. Mit einer ganz anderen Buchungsnummer. Das war sehr unschön und belästigend.

Der Bungalow war außen voll Spinnweben, am Fenster , an den Türen , die ganze Terrassenüberdachung war dreckigen auch voll Spinnweben , die Fenster und die Rahmen schmutzig. Dann die Dusche …Schimmel, Dreck. Die Ausstattung der Küche war schon dürftig. Und die Tische im Restaurant/ Bar waren auch voll Spinnweben. Wir sind 4 Tage vorher abgereist!!!!!!

Die Unterkunft war befriedigend, da das Wasser in der duschwanne aufgrund falscher Montage nicht abgelaufen ist in den Abfluss, sondern ist ins Badezimmer gelaufen. Es hat auch sehr moderig gerochen. Was sehr störend war, dass das Häuschen neben der Autobahn lag.

Accommodatie goed buitenkant huisje veel spinnenwebben enz veel mieren binnen na 2 dagen zelfs in bed snelwegbrug erg dichtbij en zichtbaar matig lawaai overlast verder erg mooie omgeving met al de rivieren boot onmisbaar. Aardig personeel klachten werden redelijk snel opgelost.

De accommodatie was prima, alleen jammer dat Wifi waardeloos was, ik moest op bepaalde plekken gaan staan om internet te ontvangen, 's morgensvroeg om 07.00 uur was men al druk bezig met grondwerkzaamheden, precies onder ons raam in de slaapkamer, en de eerste maandag werd er gevraagd hoe laat wij zouden vertrekken voor een dagje uit, dan kon men een sleuf graven over de weg, anders konden wij niet weg. Nou ben ik ook nog afhankelijk van een scootmobiel en vond dit vreselijk. Men kon ons ook niet vertellen wanneer we weer terecht konden in de accommodatie.

We hadden een 6 persoons chalet gehuurd, alleen waren er maar 5 stoelen voor buiten. Ook was het jammer dat er niet meer aandacht was besteed aan het terras, veel onkruid.

Wir haben ein 6 Personen-Haus zu fünft gebucht. Platz im Gemeinschaftsbereich ist vollkommen ausreichend. Schlafzimmer etwa 8-9 qm klein, aber auch okay. Schränke passt. Check-In super, Einmal war der Strom ausgefallen, Hauptsicherung, aber innerhalb einer Viertelstunde alles erledigt. Sauberkeit bei Ankunft war gut. Leider fehlte ein Sonnenschirm (wir hatten 3 Tage lang über 40 Grad). Schirmständer und Grill waren vorhanden. Keine Waschmaschine. Herd Mikrowelle als Komigerät. Spülmaschine vorhanden. Im TV gab es nur 4 deutsche Programme (ARD, ZDF, NDR, WDR). Umgebung war sehr schön. Autobahn sehr nah am Ferienpark, aber unser Haus lag zentral, da ging es mit der Geräuschkulisse. Ausflugsziele schön nah. Schöner Urlaub.

heel vriendelijk personeel bij receptie. Woning was nog niet schoongemaakt. Dit gemeld bij de receptie. De woning zou schoongemaakt worden. Aangegeven dat ik nu alleen mijn spullen overbracht en pas de volgende dag in de middag zelf aan zou komen. De woning zou schoon zijn bij aan komst. Bij aankomst was de woning nog niet schoon. Receptie regelde dat er meteen een schoonmaakteam kwam om schoon te maken. Wat ook gebeurt is. Dus prima opgelost.

Alles war perfekt. Die Ausstattung des Bungalows, die kinderfreundliche Umgebung und das Servicepersonal war super nett. Ich plane mit meinen Kindern wieder zu kommen. Danke
