"Clean and great location but super uncomfortable beds and pillows. If you like a rock hard mattress and pillow you’ll love this place. Breakfast is random and could be better "

"The location of this hotel is perfect only about two blocks away from the Glico sign and Shimbashi shopping street. I had reviews regarding the rooms being too dark and thought it wasn’t a big deal but it kind of was. If you dropped something good luck finding it. It was hard to get ready as there was only one small mirror at the entrance sink and since the light was so dim it was hard to check if my makeup was applied properly. The washer and dryer was a nice plus. It is all in one and we used our own detergent. One thing though it that it took two hours to finish a small load. If you have lots to wash I would recommend an outside laundromat. We only stayed two days and it served its purpose. Although great, next time I would choose one with better lighting. The small window didn’t seem to help either. Oh and also not enough wall plugs. "

"Perfect location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the busier areas of Osaka and with plenty of Izakayas and food options on the doorstep. The public bath is open til 2am, which is amazing for a late flight and check-in. Automated check-in service at the reception is also fast and convenient, with plenty of helpful staff nearby. The convenience store on the 4th floor was also amazing for withdrawing cash and getting a quick snack. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Poor wifi, long wait at elevators and always very full and stop at every floor. Breakfast was good and room was clean, although no regular plug sockets next to bed, only USB-C"
