My wife and I only stayed one night, but enjoyed it. If you're looking for privacy, it's perfect. There isn't much English when coming in but the staff was quick to use Google translate and the t.v. guide can be changed to English. They have a wide array of food, drinks, "etc." for purchase or rent. It was good fun. The sheets weren't the nicest, but if you want to try a themed love hotel, go for it!

Rose Lips is a lovely place to stay, if you can put your mind past its traditional use. I knew what the hotel was for and as single guy i just had to try it! I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was! The bathroom is absolutely huge with a big spa bath and TV! It has a small mini bar and a small sx toy bar also which was super kinky. 👌 The tv me u had all sorts of options like internet, youtube, and in house videos, but i didnt use it. Perfectly positioned on the Dotonburi river. Directly opposite a 7/11 and 1min walk to the Aussie bar. 😂 For the price point, i think overall 4 out of 5 stars. The only negative is that i had a smoking room and i do vape, but the smell of old cigarettes still in the room which i didnt like so much. Also you cant open the windows to look over the river. The a/c and exhaust ventilation worked perfect. I also recommended this hotel for couples.

Right on the Dotombori canal in Osaka we had great views. Our experience was a first for us in a love hotel. Staff was somewhat helpful with a tv issue (volume control was an issue). Seperate laundromat downstairs next door was convenient. Overall, a fun experience.

Foi uma boa estadia, as meninas da recepção sempre solicitas, mas percebi q era um hotel mais pra casais que buscam aventura sexual e etc, entao pra familia acho q nao é apropriado. Mas o quarto é grande, a cama é confortavel, o chuveiro é ótimo e a localizacao é excelente. O cafe da manha é servido no quarto e é bem basico. Mas no geral foi uma boa estadia.
