Area and building are dated, but condo itself was small and decent with a good view. Bathroom is very small and we had some issues with the shower, were really unable to use it all. Have reached out to owner who will hopefully fix it for the next guests. AC unit was in only one of the bedrooms. My room was ok, but in the summer that……

“Host communication was very poor. The gate and house codes given were incorrect. I couldn’t get into the compound until someone was getting out. She didn’t answer calls during those times when I needed the gate open. Also the entire beddings in the master bedroom were unclean. The dining room table were very dusty even though the apartment itself was clean. I ask had to purchase WiFi.”

“The host was stellar. Very responsive, both before and during the stay. The size of the place was good deal for the price. Fresh towels. And we appreciated the touch of coffee and creamer already stocked and waiting. But there was no air-conditioning at all during our stay, which made the place quite warm. The front desk was rarely staffed or guarded. And the host's posted notes about the building being under construction and the parking lot being a bit of a sketchy mess were on point.”

“Owner did not provide link for access to unit so checkin process took a phone call. Also had to call for WiFi password, one provided did not work. There were holes in guest bedroom comforter and guest bath washcloth was dirty. At night the parking lot next door became a party around 2am. Parking lot full cars and people playing music yelling and fighting til 7am Friday and Saturday night. It was horrible and unsafe. I would not stay here.”
