「We stayed at the same condo association a few years ago and have been trying to rent there again ever since! You can’t beat the location. It’s a two minute walk from the beach so you don’t have to pay for beach parking. It’s very close to Public Beach Access Point #2 so you’re away from the big crowds near the end of Mile Road and there’s plenty of room. The condo is fantastic. Exactly as pictured and described. 「Great location, great views of river and ocean, and an easy walk to anywhere on Shore Rd or Beach St. Also just a short walk to Marginal Way. Housekeeping forgot to sweep our unit and we swept up a big pile of beach sand when we first got there, but other than that oversight, the place was clean and comfortable, and location can’t be beat. 」

「Clean nice place steps from the beach surprisingly quiet being so close to the strip although you can hear the traffic until about 9 ish while sitting on the patio. Comfortable bed and a medium size fridge for all the leftovers one might have from visiting all the local food options internet TV included 」

「Sue was very accommodating, letting us park prior to our check-in. The room has what is needed for an overnight stay, nice view of the ocean and nice walk to all the Hampton activities」

「We booked this property last minute for a beach stay! It is 1 block from the beach which is convenient. Parking was easy under the condo. The condo was very clean with most amenities available. The sofa bed was ok in a pinch or for small kids that don't mind the lumps. Otherwise, bring an air mattress and you'll be fine. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!」
