「Room was clean. Getting food was hectic, but we had never been there before so we didn't know what to expect and didn't check in early enough or think to reserve anything. We went for a show and it was fantastic.」

Room was ok, bed was not comfortable. There was only one hook for towels. If you use towel rack provided your towel would touch the ground. 」

「We booked a room for our family of 4. Our room was a king bed & fold out couch bed. When we noticed there weren’t any pillows or a blanket for the fold out couch for our kids, we asked the front desk. They had no blankets & only offered extra sheets. They said they were out of blankets. I’m not even sure how this happens as there should have been a blanket for this bed in our room. They were only able to find one pillow. Pretty sad when we clearly booked the room for 4 guests. Very...

「There was a large sticky spot in the carpet and a leak in the ceiling in the shower. I reported the problems and they said maintenance would look into it. With 2 issues in the room, I was disappointed they didn’t move us to a different room or at least comp the room. 」

「To begin with there is a $100 desposit when you first show up. this is very unusual but okay. not sure what thats for considering all the issues we had. there was no hot water. called front desk and they did get it fixed the next day. the first night the power went out in the room for about 5-10 minutes not sure why. the ice machine was out of order. the hallways smelled like weed. not exactly their fault but there was no fridge or microwave in the room (on me i guess i should have made...

「A breakfast came with our stay, which included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles fruit, oatmeal, cereal, etc that the staff maintained constantly. The food was fresh and good. From the front desk to the restaurants and housekeeping the staff was friendly and helpful.」
