“My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. “Set in a quiet village centre; this hotel was just lovely. A warm welcome from the host, who explained everything about the room and gave me pointers to all the restaurants/bars nearby. Comfy bed, lovely shower and bath, Nespresso machine, smart TV which also had BBC 1/2/News for us travelling from the UK. I travelled to the country by train and there is an excellent bus service from Amsterdam to Monnickendam; where it's about a 10 minutes walk to the hotel. No need for cash as they take……
