"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight fault is that those working were extremely busy and so service was a bit slower. This is not unique to this hotel, we have found this in other places. Just a shortage of staff. But those there couldn't have done more to provide their service."

"One of the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff were incredible, the breakfast was lovely, the beds are very comfortable, and the property is stunning. Some of my favorite moments on our Highlands trip was sitting in the library in the afternoon, enjoying a cocktail or a tea and reading. Everyone at Muckrach made it feel like home. Special shoutout to Donald, Andrea, and Joanna for being so warm and welcoming. We will be talking about Muckrach for years to come. My husband and I can’t wait to return!"

"A beautiful historic hotel with an excellent restaurant large comfortable lounge area. The Check-in staff, Mel and Ang were wonderful (and Aussies like us) and Fred who looked after us at dinner was great. There was even a piper walk-through in full regalia during dinner which was a nice touch. The rooms were good with everything we needed. Very nice stay."

While I want to keep this secret spot to myself, I can't help but share how exceptional my stay was. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, I highly recommend The Speyside Hotel. Just don’t tell too many people!"
