「What a fine hotel this is! I had high hopes but it still exceeded expectations. Private Transfer is definitely worth it if your time is limited. Food is pricier than city but quality is superb and the breakfast is perfect. What really makes the hotel is the staff. Extremely good at making you relaxed and feeling welcomed. When the weather turned and an issue with our return day arose, they had arranged a boat, a driver and a new hotel so that our stay was seamless… and all before we had time to...

「The hotel is part of Importanne Resort, easily accessed by Bus Line 6 (final stop). Stayed a balcony room with panoramic sea view on Floor 5, which affords a very good view of the sea without being blinded by the sun. Tour groups also use this hotel and these passengers would take their breakfast very early in the morning. Their movement and noise may be the only negative point I can think of. Otherwise I find the hotel a pleasant place to stay with peaceful surroundings and frequent bus...

「there's no hot water for showering, the hotel staff didnt inform us when we checked in. The staff said it's because of the storm in that afternoon that damaged their facilities, but we talked to the hotel guests and discovered there's no hot water supplies since the day before 」

「We had the top apartment that had living space and bedroom with two beds. The most spectacular view you could ever wish for! There are two restaurants in walking distance (the steak restaurant was excellent) but it is quite a steep walk so would be a struggle for some, bus service is great (number 10)and you can get this to the nearest supermarket, also Cavtat which is a lovely town with lots of lovely restaurants and also goes to Dubrovnik. Best days to go to Dubrovnik are Mondays and Tuesdays...
