“A beautiful property, The Rizzo Center features guest conveniences and attention to detail. The balconies off the hallways were delightful, as were the small seating areas equipped with television and serving bar on the floor. The guest pantry area was a welcoming amenity. We enjoyed the grill in the evening and breakfast was a very good selection of breakfast foods and beverages. “ I went to Chapel Hills for medical procedures @ UNC. I had reserved 3 nights for two days of medical treatment. When my day @ UNC was cancelled, I only stayed at Red Roof Inn for 2 nights but could not get a receipt or verification that I had turned in the key on Friday morning, the 14th. I will carefully watch to be sure my account is credited with my leaving early & only staying two days instead of 3. ”

“I loved how close the property was to UNC-CH…it was very convenient and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We checked in later in the evening and hadn’t had dinner yet, and luckily found that the property had a bar menu. The ONLY thing that was a little frustrating was the parking situation. My daughter and I came back to the hotel two nights around 9-9:30pm and were not able to get a parking spot in the parking deck so we had to park in the SECU lot about a block and a half away. ……
