"Great little hotel. My son and I stayed here for a gig at Wembley Stadium and the hotel is a short walk from Hammersmith tube station. We were met by a friendly and helpful lady. Our twin room was on the top floor up several flights of stairs, note that there is no lift. The room was clean and well presented. The en-suite bathroom was clean and sufficient for our 2 night stay. It is keycard access to both the front door and room. Lots of small eateries and shops close by a couple of pubs and a Tesco supermarket. It can be a bit noisy with sirens as it is close to the fire station and police station but it didn’t bother us. We would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel was ideal for anyone visiting London for work or pleasure. It has easy access to Earl's Court Station (walking distance) and many restaurants, shops, and a beautiful neighborhood (Chelsea and Kensington area). The hotel terrace (two - one in front and one in the back) was a great place to meet friends or relax. The unlimited supply of filtered water (still, sparkling or hot), coffee from a real coffee machine that you can make any type was so useful. The hotel also has dinnerware you could use, and a microwave. They wash the dishes for you. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Downs - it maybe a UK thing (we from Canada are not used to), but they charge for early check-in even if the room was available. This is disappointing as most travelers to London come from far away, jet lagged and needing a rest. To pay again on top of the already expensive hotel is not doing any good for a review. Also having no elevator and very narrow steps makes it very hard to climb if you are on the 3rd floor. Once you get to the room, you do not want to go down as it is difficult. But the staff are so kind to carry your luggage if you cannot. One other suggestion - if possible add a washing machine and dryer (with a charge) so customers can wash their clothes while staying for a whole week. Having said some of the downs (as a means to improve), it was a lovely hotel to stay and enjoy London and what it has to offer."

"I stayed two nights in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s small, not a big chain hotel, and the room, the bar, the restaurant, and the staff were outstanding. Very close by to anything you want to visit in London."
