“The villa and rooms were clean. The host was very helpful with all the questions I asked and responded in a timely manner. The kitchen was well equipped, especially with the two great cooks who took great care of our family of 6. (2 adults and 4 children). They did not disappoint!Coming from the UK gratuity is not second nature, in many areas of work. I stayed 2 lovely weeks at this villa and the ladies went above and beyond looking after us. My suggestion to anyone coming to these villas in……

“A big thank you to Effie and Ackee! We were refreshed and rejuvenated staying at your lovely apartment by the ocean. You were a pleasure to deal with and we thank you for going above and beyond! All the best.”

“I came here for my bday and it was very distasteful to say the least. The staff members aren’t helpful and are very quick to give you the manager’s email to solve any issue. The food was terrible! Very few choices and no seasoning. Very boring and not much to do. I had to leave the premises a few times. The staff were made aware that it was my bday and they stated that would decorate the room and do a banner on the door. Nothing was done. 1 elevator wasn’t working and they were made aware and……

“When we got to the security gate, they informed us that we were supposed to check in the next day. (Even though we presented the booking dates to them. We were told this wasn’t the first time this has happened). This was very stressful as we traveled a good distance to stay here. After some time, the caretaker was able to come and do a quick clean of the place from a previous guest. The living room and bedrooms were pretty comfortable and had a lot of space for storing your things……

“TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches. My room was spotless and comfortable, with hot water and a luxurious tub on the balcony overlooking the……
