  • The peacefulness of watching the sunset in the Colorado Pines is truly amazing! This cozy cabin has all of the amenities needed to relax and enjoy your time at Base Camp. A queen bed in the main area offers easy access for adults, while the cozy loft is perfect for the shorter visitors. Located just five minutes from Durango, 15 minutes to the Hot Springs and 35 minutes to Purgatory Ski Area, the location is ideal for your visit to Durango. The setting is very private and peaceful.

This little cabin was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay here. Martin is a wonderful host! The cabin is cozy and has all the amenities needed. We will be back!

Peaceful, clean cabin with a comfortable bed.Very convenient to town, but secluded in the woods with a view. Owner is a great guy and we became friends during the visit. I actually ended up in the hospital during our stay for emergency surgery and he was more than gracious in working with us with an extended stay. Would highly recommend.
