Durango Condo

Great location for walking to shops and restaurants

Loved the convenience of the parking garage. This condo is definitely designed for all fun things, we were just so busy we didn’t have the time we wanted to play all the games. Next time!

Pros: location, comfortable beds, fun amenities, quick response from rental agency, and secure building. Cons: the services offered by hotels were missing here. No wifi for 3 days, shower ceiling had a leak we had to investigate with upstairs neighbor, and no option for storing luggage if you arrive before check-in or depart after check-out. The lack of flexibility on that with the issues we experienced was disappointing. Yes, we would likely stay here again but ask for faster acting on WiFi outage and courtesy of luggage storage. The town is hilly and it was quite warm to move around with all of our belongings.

Amazing stay in the heart of Durango

My wife and I, along with a group of friends had an amazing stay at this downtown Durango condo. The location was perfect as we were steps from coffee, shopping and local bars/restaurants. The condo itself had plenty of space with several bedrooms, and of course we always found ourselves in the kitchen and living area, which had all the amenities you could want for spending time with family and friends. If I find myself in Durango again, whether that is during the summer or winter months, would definitely look at booking this location first.

just a couple of things pinball machine volume was way to loud was afraid to use and disturb other tenants. the bathroom by the washer and dryer had a slow drain. was an excellent apartment would recommend it and stay there again.

Great location with some problems

Great location - easy walk to train, downtown restaurants. Also has AC! Clean except for window/window sills. The downside: the management needs to be a bit more attentive. The Wifi did not work our entire time, altho I reported it - we had to use phone hotspot. Broken leg on MBR chair could cause injury. Pinball doesn't turn on, no darts for dartboard. Building entry code did not work - we entered thru garage.

More of a gaming place

It was fun for family however if you don’t want to play video games, foosball or watch five huge tvs for sports than the unit next door would be more “sociable” for families. Not much space for lounging or just sitting and talking. Pool table took up too much room. Would be great for bachelor party.

Nice location

The location of the rental was perfect! You could walk everywhere and it was just off Main Street. The apartment itself was a gamers dream but very cluttered. The internet did not work at all while we were there and the main TV remote did not work. Therefore we could not utilize any of the TV’s. Attempted to contact host but did not get a reply. It was also difficult to get in the front door after hours as it didn’t say anywhere on the information what the code was. We did figure it out on the last day.

Train trip

Stayed here as it was two blocks from train station. Great place with pin ball and arcade for the five kids to play when we weren’t out on the town. Would stay again, only issue was a/c was not working but the local temps were not too bad.

Stay went well. Property was much tighter than photos depicted. Kitchen was not as well stocked as with prior stays. Too few toiletries for the length of stay.

Perfect Ski Getaway

We visited Durango with family friends over the holidays and stayed in this fun condo. The location was excellent and we all enjoyed the short walk to Main Street for great shops and restaurants. The condo was spacious and everyone enjoyed the pool table and video/pinball games. The kitchen had smaller than normal appliances, but we were still able to prepare dinners for 8. Overall, a great choice for our group ski trip!

Perfect Game Room for Families

We stayed here for a week from Texas and it was perfect! A little cold in the bedrooms due to settling and window gaps, but slept fine after putting a pillow case to block it! Will definitely come back!
