This place is a dump. The property owner is an absentee landlord who cannot afford to keep the property maintained. My trailer had suffered water damage and there was a large buildup of mold inside the trailer. There were numerous sketchy electrical problems, I lost power for several days after a storm and all my food spoiled. The WiFi was non-existent and was basically a joke. I also had a health emergency during my stay and had to cancel my last of three months at the rental. The property owner told me personally that they would graciously give me a partial refund. Two weeks later and I have not received anything, which makes me feel like I was lied to. I do not recommend this property. I feel very lucky not to have contracted a respiratory illness or died in an electrical fire at this property. It was disgusting, dangerous, and unsafe. Do not trust the owner.
