「I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine」

「We really enjoyed the people of the island. They are so nice and the island is safe. You do not have the harassing you see from locals at other islands. The weather was beautiful and the food was great.」

「Can’t really complain about anything, rooms were great walk right out and on the beach. Walkable to all restaurants. Wait staff at bars were great and always attentive. Only downfall is hard to get reservations at the restaurants, they were always booked days in advance. That is the only complaint. Highly recommend. 」

「Perfect location, not too crowded and close to everything. 」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「This property has everything you need for an all inclusive Holiday. Super friendly staff and our housekeeper Maria was excellent! The food is very good and always fresh. One of the best dinner buffets we’ve seen at a resort. We would have liked to see a wider range of daytime activities such as yoga - and a wider range of night time options. Sometimes dinner can be a challenge especially at the Steakhouse - long lines and limited seating. 」

「The view of golf field is superb. Its in the middle of 2 comercial spots on the island. Driving and parking are easy here.」

「The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were extremely clean including the poolside bathrooms. The large pool was cleaned daily. There was always someone on staff to support with tour and sight seeing bookings. The hotel breakfast was included in our stay it had quite a large spread with made to order omelets. Our family has allergies and dietary restrictions and we all found something to eat every morning. We cant wait to go visit Aruba again and will be staying at the...

「This property was great. All the staff were very friendly and eager to assist. The only downside was the reservation process for the all inclusive restaurants. They can only be booked 2 days in advance and usually our options were 5pm or 8pm」
