“This is a lovely hotel. It is a short walk over the bridges to Ortigia to all of the lovely things to see on the island. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable with everything you need including a little kitchen space if you want to eat in (although there are so many lovely restaurants nearby). “This is a nice property, that should be a luxury hotel but fails in some key aspects. The reception is very messy and looks like a cheap hotel filled with ads for other companies. Super tacky. When I got there the elevator wasn't working. When I got to the room the wifi stopped working. Tried to call the reception for help but even though the room has a ton of supposedly helpful literature, not one had the details of the wifi, or how to call front desk.
