I have written many reviews and never have I ever had the pleasure to write such a glowing compliment about a place we have stayed . We spent only one night here, but we have been overwhelmed by the hospitality of the hotel staff . We were greeted by Giuseppe at the front desk who upgraded us to a suite and very kind. Dinner in the restaurant on the first night was poor - cold lasagne, overcooked spaghetti but the salad was fine. Several tables left and the staff were run off their feet. Breakfast the first two mornings was exactly the same but improved on third day. Bar staff lovely but overstretched helping in restaurant while three people sat at reception on their phones. “We relied on reviews to stay at this property. Along the way, the road there made us skeptical as to what to expect. However, following the signs and arriving at the white gates opened us up to paradise. There are 2 pools, one salt with a jacuzzi, and the other enormous and elegant, complete with bar service.
