“This is a nice property, that should be a luxury hotel but fails in some key aspects. The reception is very messy and looks like a cheap hotel filled with ads for other companies. Super tacky. When I got there the elevator wasn't working. When I got to the room the wifi stopped working. Tried to call the reception for help but even though the room has a ton of supposedly helpful literature, not one had the details of the wifi, or how to call front desk. Had to walk all the way back to the……

“Our room was lovely, set out like an apartment with a nice terrace. The new bottles of water in the room every day was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. The air conditioning was very effective and made the room a good base for a cool down from the hot weather. The decor was modern, bathroom was clean and plenty of space for toiletries etc. having access to Sky was fine, but some smart tv features to access other apps/cast would be a good update in future. “Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! ”

“The room was big enough for two people and they gave us two single beds as requested. the location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient and the breakfast was real nice and they had quite a lot of choices. One thing that I like the most was the staffs, a women there helped us with everything we needed to travel around and extended the room one more night for us.
