「It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast....
But all these good qualities are offset by a lack of maintenance of its facilities (shower head that seems like breaking down and keeps leaking water from its handle, air conditioner that shuts itself down within 30 mins of operation...) .
Service-wise the front desk is only...

「Great location and views. Nice towels. Comfortable beds. Apt spacious and host left us fruit and milk in the kitchen. Host helped us get our luggage to hotel and then to parking. Also helped at checkout.
Host gave great restaurant recommendations.
Only issue is shower would be small for a large person.」

「Wasn’t made 100% clear how to check in. It turned out I could have checked in before arriving but it was only when I reached the property and called the number that it was made clear to provide city tax proof of payment and id. After this hiccup however the apartment was great and central close to the old market and temple of Apollo 👍👌😊」
