Superb staff, Emanuel at front desk went above and beyond printing out maps and providing suggestions for day trips. Hotel and rooms are very dated and lack a cohesive look. Bathroom smelled of sewage and the entire hotel had the smell of grandma’s awful perfume. Rooms are small, location is superb ...

It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast.... The b and b breakfast view was awesome and the breakfast tastes delicious. Staff is very helpful without them we wouldn’t be able to get our car. Overall a really worth stay.
