“The pictures online do not give Mangia Brucoli justice. It is more beautiful in person. Our room had Mt. Etna views that were breathtaking. We had breakfast included and wow it’s amazing. We visited the adult , kids pool and the beach. All were great. Ate in town (Brucoli) and had delicious meals. Strong recommendation!!!”

“This is a fabulous old style hotel brought up to date in a really good location for Ortigia. The rooftop restaurant and terrace have a beautiful view and breakfast has a very large choice and is very good. The staff are extremely attentive and all seem to have the freedom to chat to guests like human beings and not "5 star robots". A welcome change.”

“Kamer net vernieuwd en alles in orde. Enkel kleine raam en zicht belemmerd door een boom zodat we niet konden genieten van terras en vanaf 16u licht in de kamer aandoen. Ondanks het meedelen bij de eerste dag van deze teleurstelling om van kamer te veranderen, is er niets gebeurd. Ontbijt kon beter : grote buffetten en personeel in 'automatische mode' zonder goedemorgen of andere.Zwembaden heel proper, zoals ganse site. Buffet 's avonds : in orde.”

“The room was spacious, very clean, balcony was huge with a view over the front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. Particularly the resteraunt staff. Veronica was very helpful with the menu and very courteous. The food was excellent both for breakfast & Dinner. A minor observation was that the power sockets in the room required a different adapter, not supplied , we had to loan from reception. Also there was no tea making facilities in the room , we had to ask for this from reception,……

“It is a beautiful property recently renovated. Very comfortable bed with fine linen and fancy large bathroom. Large breakfast with mamy choices. Has nice roof terrace with comfortable sofas and see view. Good elevators. Convenient location on the east wall close to the bus stop connecting with the bus terminal (#106). We hope to come back.”
