“Overall an excellent stay. Our suite (with a private pool) was modern, clean and comfortable - most critically with a soft bed (italian beds are usually so hard) and effective but quiet aircon (so you could have it on all night). At the pool there are comfy sunloungers and we always had brand new fluffy pool towels. The main pool was usually very busy - but not an issue for us as we camped out at the adults pool. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lunch and drinks at Lime Bar were also always……

“This is a nice property, that should be a luxury hotel but fails in some key aspects. The reception is very messy and looks like a cheap hotel filled with ads for other companies. Super tacky. When I got there the elevator wasn't working. When I got to the room the wifi stopped working. Tried to call the reception for help but even though the room has a ton of supposedly helpful literature, not one had the details of the wifi, or how to call front desk. “Beyond the hotel’s stunning and breathtaking views, the customer service was truly exceptional—both attentive and highly responsive. I would easily rate them 120%! I absolutely loved the jacuzzi and its location, which made the experience even more special. Both of the rocky and sandy beaches were unique and incredibly relaxing. “Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage: direkt am (Bus)Bahnhof, etwas weniger als 20 Minuten zu Fuß sowohl von Ortigia als auch ca 30 Gehminuten von Sehenswürdigkeiten in die andere Richtung, wie zb den Archiologiepark, entfernt. “Our room was lovely, set out like an apartment with a nice terrace. The new bottles of water in the room every day was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. The air conditioning was very effective and made the room a good base for a cool down from the hot weather. The decor was modern, bathroom was clean and plenty of space for toiletries etc. having access to Sky was fine, but some smart tv features to access other apps/cast would be a good update in future.
