“This is a nice property, that should be a luxury hotel but fails in some key aspects. The reception is very messy and looks like a cheap hotel filled with ads for other companies. Super tacky. When I got there the elevator wasn't working. When I got to the room the wifi stopped working. Tried to call the reception for help but even though the room has a ton of supposedly helpful literature, not one had the details of the wifi, or how to call front desk. Had to walk all the way back to the……

“Struttura molto bella ed estesa, verde, molti spazi comuni, più ristoranti con cucina varia e di buon livello, più piscine sempre pulite e diversi bar. Personale attento e sempre disponibile tranne qualche bagnino in piattaforma mare. Pulizia delle aree comuni buona ma migliorabile specie nei bagni. Un grazie particolare a Lucia al bar, al pizzaiolo e a Tino in pizzeria, a Salvo ed ai ragazzi della sicurezza. I ragazzi dell'animazione simpatici e gentili ma se l'animazione diurna é buona quella……

“Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage: direkt am (Bus)Bahnhof, etwas weniger als 20 Minuten zu Fuß sowohl von Ortigia als auch ca 30 Gehminuten von Sehenswürdigkeiten in die andere Richtung, wie zb den Archiologiepark, entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es wurde alle paar Tage sauber gemacht und neue Handtücher sowie Bettzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Das fanden wir aber voll und ganz ausreichend, man ist ja schließlich kein Kleinkind was jeden Tag neue Sachen braucht. Die Küche war……

“Our room was lovely, set out like an apartment with a nice terrace. The new bottles of water in the room every day was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. The air conditioning was very effective and made the room a good base for a cool down from the hot weather. The decor was modern, bathroom was clean and plenty of space for toiletries etc. having access to Sky was fine, but some smart tv features to access other apps/cast would be a good update in future. “Henry’s House was one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. Its location in the heart of Ortigia is perfect, with beautiful sea views and easy walking access to the island’s restaurants and historic sites. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
