“Beyond the hotel’s stunning and breathtaking views, the customer service was truly exceptional—both attentive and highly responsive. I would easily rate them 120%! I absolutely loved the jacuzzi and its location, which made the experience even more special. Both of the rocky and sandy beaches were unique and incredibly relaxing. Their boat service also made commuting by sea to Ortigia a truly phenomenal experience. If interested, they offer scooter, e-bike, and kayak…”

“Our room was lovely, set out like an apartment with a nice terrace. The new bottles of water in the room every day was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. The air conditioning was very effective and made the room a good base for a cool down from the hot weather. The decor was modern, bathroom was clean and plenty of space for toiletries etc. having access to Sky was fine, but some smart tv features to access other apps/cast would be a good update in future.
