“Lovely facilities and rooms, however service was extremely slow and very mixed attitudes. Examples being nearly impossible to order food/drinks at the pool due to lack of staff and then a very long wait to receive. Dirty towels in room were taken during cleaning and not replaced, called down to ask and they still didn’t replaced them. Generally was very hard work to get service out of the staff and often met with the attitude that you were an inconvenience.”

“Kamer net vernieuwd en alles in orde. Enkel kleine raam en zicht belemmerd door een boom zodat we niet konden genieten van terras en vanaf 16u licht in de kamer aandoen. Ondanks het meedelen bij de eerste dag van deze teleurstelling om van kamer te veranderen, is er niets gebeurd. Ontbijt kon beter : grote buffetten en personeel in 'automatische mode' zonder goedemorgen of andere.Zwembaden heel proper, zoals ganse site. Buffet 's avonds : in orde.”

“It is a beautiful property recently renovated. Very comfortable bed with fine linen and fancy large bathroom. Large breakfast with mamy choices. Has nice roof terrace with comfortable sofas and see view. Good elevators. Convenient location on the east wall close to the bus stop connecting with the bus terminal (#106). We hope to come back.”

“Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Lage war etwas abgelegen aber dafür war es schön ruhig. Wir hatten eine Massage Anwendung gebucht allerdings war das keine Massage sondern eher „streicheln“ dafür war der Preis zu hoch.”

“We had such an amazing stay! The location is absolutely perfect right on the sea, and the location for breakfast is absolutely stunning. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is amazing. All the staff are so friendly and made our stay very personable and memorable. I hope to come back it is the best hotel in Ortigia!”

“Such an amazing experience to stay at this B&B, the owner was so helpful and nice to gave our detail guide to parking garage, recommended a wonderful Michelin restaurant for dinner, and of course the breakfast was far better than expected, there were so many food choices. ”
