Refused to help me in altering my booking at all, even though I contacted them 5 minutes after making my booking (which was two weeks out...) Very unprofessional resort. Will not be coming back. “Kamer net vernieuwd en alles in orde. Enkel kleine raam en zicht belemmerd door een boom zodat we niet konden genieten van terras en vanaf 16u licht in de kamer aandoen. Ondanks het meedelen bij de eerste dag van deze teleurstelling om van kamer te veranderen, is er niets gebeurd. Ontbijt kon beter : grote buffetten en personeel in 'automatische mode' zonder goedemorgen of andere.Zwembaden heel proper, zoals ganse site. Buffet 's avonds : in orde.”

“Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Lage war etwas abgelegen aber dafür war es schön ruhig. Wir hatten eine Massage Anwendung gebucht allerdings war das keine Massage sondern eher „streicheln“ dafür war der Preis zu hoch.”

“It is a beautiful property recently renovated. Very comfortable bed with fine linen and fancy large bathroom. Large breakfast with mamy choices. Has nice roof terrace with comfortable sofas and see view. Good elevators. Convenient location on the east wall close to the bus stop connecting with the bus terminal (#106). We hope to come back.”

“Great location near the castle Maniace at the end of the island. It was quiet and had great views of the harbor from the room. Breakfast included was excellent. Ortigia is relatively small so getting everywhere on foot was easy from this location. I would highly recommend this hotel. We were traveling as a family of four with two adult children. We all enjoyed our stay.”

“Such an amazing experience to stay at this B&B, the owner was so helpful and nice to gave our detail guide to parking garage, recommended a wonderful Michelin restaurant for dinner, and of course the breakfast was far better than expected, there were so many food choices. ”
