“Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! ”

The accommodation in general, was a beautiful, quintessential Italian place in the heart of Ortigia, yet tucked away so there is no disturbance from the hustle and bussle. The rooms were clean and the shower was powerful which was well deserved after a long day of exploring.
