「The room room was new and clean, the staff is very friendly and provides great service. The rooms have a beautiful view of the sea and Catalina Island. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is 20 minutes from Casa de Campo and other nearby amenities, which makes it a strategic location for exploring the area. I loved it. I would stay there again.」

「The top floor of the property, where I was forced to stay, had problems with water damage. There was a damp and mild Dewey smell throughout that was coming from the ventilation system. I was moved twice in experienced the same issue throughout. I was given the runaround by the front desk staff and lied to about being able to speak to the manager. I had concerns that there was mold there, and I had a video of one room that had water damage in the ceiling and in the walls that was visible whenever...

Avons dû appeler 5 fois pour que quelqu’un daigne venir pour que l’on puisse enfin se doucher. Hôtel très bruyant, vous entendez les spectacles depuis la chambre et ne parlons pas du nombre de fois où nous avons été réveillées durant la nuit par des cris extérieurs et dans les couloirs…」
