"My initial thought was that a motel was not likely to be a great property. Wrong! The Anchorage Motelmis in a perfect location - 5 minute walk to shuttle service for Acadia National Park and easy access to many great restaurants. We were in the new building and the room had everything we needed including a microwave. Also, two very comfortable chairs, nightstands on both sides of the beds, shower with lots of pressure,etc. Staff was excellent - both Susie and Natalie had excellent suggestions and information."

"Beautiful property. We stayed in a cabin. Close to the Schoodic part of Arcadia National Park. Really great restaurants nearby. The continental breakfast was ok. I would bring some food next time. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again. "
